Great bosses, flexible, Quality experience

I don't really have any complaints

-Great safety program -learning/advancement opportunities -competitive pay compared to shops in the area

-non-union -understaffed support departments, including tool room -lack of supplies/tooling to effectively work -frequent scheduling errors which lead to mandatory overtime -not much new work coming in
