I moved from freelance to contract to part time in a matter of months - this was a group of people who not only noticed the effort I put in, but acted in a timely manner to open up opportunities for me to stay on. I've not experienced that elsewhere. The people are AWESOME - the friendliest bunch you'll ever meet and there's absolutely zero office politics (possibly because a lot of the staff have previously come from businesses that suffered as a result of politics). Everyone here is working towards building a better business. Management (which is a very small, streamlined team) work hard to build opportunities for staff, keep staff motivated and push us into areas and skills we might not have otherwise considered. Everyone here is really approachable and on equal footing - you can ask anything and you will receive an answer.

Computers could use an upgrade - the fleet's a bit on the old side. Office temperature is too low. I wear way too much clothing to work.

It was my first job in Australia and it was a pity I had to leave it (as I was spending more than an hour one-way every day). But it is a great company to work in and I am recommending it to all my friends who are searching for a job in digital marketing. Moreover, E-web has a great company culture: very friendly and supportive team, very professional and dedicated to what they are doing, you are motivated to develop yourself and study (Even in your KPIs at least 30 min a day you have to spend on market research), flexible working hours, possibility to work from home. Every Friday we had a team meeting where we shared an experience within the team. I've been working with 3 different digital agencies being on the client side now, and I can say that E-web is the best!

Sometimes you have to stay longer to complete urgent customers' requests. Career growth opportunities within the company.
