They always understand employees personal problem and helps to make balance for the professional life. It is a very good company to have experience with. Engineering culture is very strong and people care about doing good work. There is good autonomy to make technical decisions and management trusts the teams.

Some processes are still being established as company grows. Cross team coordination can be more structured to reduce duplicate work and confusion.
