We have numerous examples of employees being given new leadership opportunities, and opportunities to move to new locations to expand their skills and experiences. In order for things to improve, we need to understand the facts. A survey is one way, and we will be doing one this year in selected locations. As for training, a round of management training was conducted for leaders in India, and this was well received by all 62 who participated. Another round will be offered in the coming quarter.
