      This is an SME business with a culture of integrity and support, with lots of opportunity for mentoring and development. Every task or project is the opportunity for new experiences and learning and employees have the space to participate in all parts of the business. Environment of nurture and care is apparent throughout and the team are friendly and encouraging.

      Cons

      Being prepared for consistent feedback loop and strong, direct communication skills necessary.

      Pros

      E3 Consulting really values its employees and treats them with respect. E3 is owned by NAES Corporation, also a very good company. E3 also values its reputation as a firm that honors its commitment to clients and seeks to do the best job possible for them. Really nice place to work.

      Cons

      It's not a large company so not a lot of turnover, etc.
