EA is an ESOP company, which means it is employee owned. The company understands that the surest way to guarantee customer value and commitment is to have the work done by an owner of the company. In this way every employee hired is treated as an owner of the company. This was one of the things I enjoyed most about working for EA Services; it was like we were all one big family.
Cons
The con about working with this company was their location from where I lived. It was a bit of a commute for me which made it difficult to get there everyday because I didn't own a car.
