Pros
- The benefit offering was amazing, especially the vacation - Compensation was good if you were well-liked - AirVenture, while tiring, is an unforgettable experience you will not find elsewhere - Program and events to bring family and friends to - you can find something that everyone will enjoy
Cons
- insanely toxic environment (drama is everywhere) - no room for your own opinions or new suggestions ("we've always done it this way" is acceptable everywhere) - inconsistent and unfair treatment of employees - void of morals and values - inexperienced senior leadership mixed with some senior leaders that should have left a while ago
