Pros
Workers have great flexibility and work life balance. It’s good to work a place that you can take off when you need I mean the work load will pile up but at least you can take off. Everyone uses their vacation and time off
Cons
The pay is low. If the pay was not so low I would have stayed even longer because it’s a decent place to work. You have almost every holiday off so it makes sense.
