Pros

Passionate employees. Good health benefits.

Cons

Horrendous rumors started and circulated by managers in both sales and HR. Upper management knows of the lies being spread and does nothing about them. Sales managers, for the most part, know nothing about managing. Sales managers are not physically present in the workplace.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feelings about your experience at EAC. I am truly sorry your experience was not more positive. This review has been shared with and is taken seriously by the leadership and executive teams at EAC. In this particular case an outside firm was brought in to conduct an independent investigation. We have and will continue to look into the issues raised and take action where appropriate. EAC's culture, as defined by our tenets (Be the Best, Do it Right, Work Smart, Be Profitable, Have Fun), demands it.

Pros

Great company culture and vision—leadership (especially the CEO) is clear, communicative, and invested in the team's success. You work with amazing people who are passionate about what they do. The work itself is incredibly interesting. You get to partner with cool manufacturing companies across industries, helping them solve real engineering challenges with digital transformation strategies. It's rewarding to see the impact. EAC invests in training and development, so you're constantly learning and growing in the tech space.

Cons

Like any growing company, there can be competing priorities and fast-paced change. If you thrive in structure, it may take some adjustment—but if you like autonomy, constant change and problem-solving, you'll love it.
