Worst job I’ve ever had. Takes advantage of employees who think it’s going to be a fun hobby shop. Expect them to know the product already, if you have a good manager they will help with product knowledge. The store was a street store with zero security. No support when I was constantly harassed and assaulted by the general public. No implement of cameras or any other deterrents. Blame culture for stock being stolen even when often there is only one person working at any given time. Instead of fun competition between stores, there is a culture of pitting stores against each other and calling people out publicly if targets are being missed, without praising publicly to balance. So much discrimination towards anyone who isn’t a straight white man from management and customers alike. Didn’t learn to evolve with the times.
