      Pros

      Well established law books and subscription publication firm with IT sector. Have projects to digitalize and in house softwares and as well public software fir students, legal advisors to access the law based content easily.

      Cons

      Not much projects . Lack of training resources. Employee policies are not flexible as per IT standards.

      Pros

      The flexibility, walkable from home, hybrid schedule, and salary with benefits. Doesn't get better than that.

      Cons

      None so far, however I haven't completed my probation yet.
