Pros
they offer internships; you can combine work with studying; a good option for beginners; there is parking. Small but interesting projects where you can really feel your impact on the product. They’ve introduced performance reviews, so 1–2 times a year a promotion is possible if you prove that you’ve acquired all the required skills listed in their matrix. In my case, there was no micromanagement, which is also a big plus. The option to work remotely two days a week.
Cons
they may load one person with 2–3 projects at the same time, which hurts work quality and results. Salaries are not high. Management is not very professional, there is a very high staff turnover, people are constantly leaving. They may also assign tasks that are not related to your role or area of responsibility. The Business Analyst department is very weak. Another downside is that every time you want to work remotely, you have to submit a request if you change the day of the week.
