Manager rely on the feedback of the TLs and TLs expects the employes to follow exactly as what they say, even if you have to stay in the office for whole night. 3. Mumbai Office expects you to work 24/7 for the company. 4. You can not prove your dedication if you work till late nights even if it costs you your family or health. No Work Life Balance.
