Dear Colleague, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I was pleased to read your comments regarding our friendly team but note your views on holiday over the Christmas period. It is difficult to comment on the specific holiday situation in your location as I do not know where you work, and as we are a global organisation, holiday will vary from country to country. As a rule, we try to strive for a balance between offering the best possible service for our students with ensuring our team have enough time off to maintain that work/life balance. As a global education company, we must be mindful and considerate of multiple cultures, backgrounds and religions, amongst other things.
