      Pros

      The culture is really laid back and everyone get along very well. The hours are great for those with family, work starts at 10am and ends at 6pm.

      Cons

      There are times when you do not receive your paycheck on time because of various reasons. The leads that I receive are old and the employees that have been there the longest get the best lead sheets.

      It's a very laid back work atmosphere, although that is only worth so much in a job. Aside from that, not much...

      Cons

      Management is full of crap. They are not growing like they tell you. They will lie to your face about anything and everything. They don't know how to run a business at all...
