Pros

I’ve been at the company for over a decade and there’s a reason for that. EC1 has always been a meritocracy. For those that are really motivated to succeed, there is a genuine opportunity to make money and grow your career. Our client base is second to none, which gives new people as well as old, fantastic opportunities to leverage off existing relationships to grow their own desk. There is a reason why so many people have stayed at the company for over 10 years. The company is full of people that genuinely care and support one another. It’s not a typical recruitment company where the competition can become toxic. There’s a level of trust that I have personally have not experienced before. You’re treated as an adult and there is good work life balance.

Cons

Nothing significant that’s worth mentioning, Like all companies involved in sales, there can be stressful moments, but for people that want to work hard and work alongside genuinely good caring people that have fun, then you can’t ask for more.

Pros

Working at EC1 Partners has been a great experience so far. The culture is genuinely collaborative, supportive, and high-energy, with leadership that’s hands-on in helping you succeed. The team is ambitious yet down-to-earth, and there’s a real focus on development, transparency, and building a strong brand in the U.S. market. Overall, a fantastic place to grow your career in fintech recruitment.

Cons

High standards and expectations — which ultimately push you to perform at your best. Recruitment can be demanding — but leadership is supportive and invested in your success.

Pros

None I can think of.

Cons

This place is an absolute mess. Unrealistic expectations for success with very little training/support. Turnover is EXTREMELY high. Easily the worst workplace experience in my career.
