Supportive, fun environment. Always had multiple “coaches”, and the ability to learn from other employees. Lots of in office opportunities to make a little extra cash via incentives or casual games.
Cons
Multiple tech programs running at one time on PC. Multitasking is a must. Constantly switching between dozens of programs to read SOP’s, track metrics, real time solutions. Advancement w/ out pay increases.
