      The number one reason is to have a firm that encourages and supports upward mobility/career advancement. To achieve our accomplishments in Las Cruces, which everyone said couldn't be done, (not a strong enough talent pool they said)

      Never being able to "Mail it in", everyday you have to bring your best.
