Pros

There are talented and good people that work there, so it was nice getting to work, and taking pride in what you were doing.

Cons

Poor management, low salaries, unappreciated for all your hard work, excuses made as to why you won't get a yearly bonus, takes years to get a promotion (with barely any salary increase).

Pros

The Roberts family members are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. They offer beautiful products, talented designers, and a hybrid work schedule.

Cons

The office space, processes, and systems are quite outdated. The new employee onboarding process is lacking in several areas. The sales team needs a complete overhaul. There’s an excessive focus on irrelevant aspects. More transparency is required. Many employees have been with the company for too long and lack sufficient industry experience outside the company. Therefore, expect limited changes or improvements in processes. Be prepared to perform multiple tasks that are not explicitly assigned to you or demonstrated to you. We are all hands-on at all times. Since there’s no sourcing team, the design and development teams are responsible for sourcing. The promotion process is highly unconventional and bewildering. You are required to take a very long personality test and if they don’t like your results, they will probably fire you as I’ve known it to happen.
