      Pros

      The company is laid back and has some really wonderful employees. Some departments have a real family feel and it can feel like a small company for how big of a corporation it is.

      Cons

      The leadership is lacking. Directors of the company are under qualified and all the V.P. and President does is dictate what should be done without any vision.

      Pros

      Some of the nicest people I have worked with. Great culture and no overworking hours or overtime. HR supportive and nice, makes doing the job easy.

      Cons

      Nothing really I have encountered, hard to move up in Customer Service if you do not speak Spanish.
