Company with numerous disciplines and departments. Management is experienced and generally has done well to grow company and staff are treated well. Excellent work/life balance. Pay is higher than other engineering firms or operating plants. Opportunities for overtime are a great benefit for those who want to earn more. Flexible schedules. Overall A+

Benefits are not the best but the pay makes up for it. Small company with a lot of recent and continuing growth and accompanying growing pains.

The people that are doing the work are great

People in charge don’t want to pay the employees that work. They dangle the carrot but you never get it
