What can I say about ECi? Well, thankfully it is not Friday, because that is when we were not allowed to email or message anyone! On the positive side, we saved the company $0.00002 in bandwidth charges. Well, our "Social Media Directory" highly recommended that we leave a glassdoor review, so here are my words of advice: Be careful of what you read. There are a lot of "fluffy good" fake reviews on glassdoor.
Cons
- Upper management hires "yes men" for a lot of middle and upper management positions, so don't expect a whole lot of caring about you or your ideas. - Instead of Taco Tuesdays, we have Layoff Wednesdays. Much more exciting to see if your number is picked... - Many good and honest people have been pushed out. Very sad! - Software development is outsourced to India, No... now it is Bolivia. No wait! Now it is back to India. Stay tuned to see where it is tomorrow. (here is hint: it won't be the US... )
