Friendly people working in CES and support overall. Decent pay for people with no experience.
Cons
Heavily micromanaged by your team lead’s manager. Constant overhaul from new ownership that takes over when the company is sold (which is often). Company isn’t actually interested in providing quality customer service. 80% of the time customers spend over 3 days waiting for their problems to be fixed after they’ve reported them. High turnover rate due to poor leadership. When they are desperate to hire new employees they’ll hire someone (with no experience) for your team and start them at a higher hourly pay, AND expect you to train them. Also, the raises are next to nothing (don’t even match how much the dollar inflates on a yearly basis so you end up taking a pay cut by staying with the company).
