Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated your team members and work life balance during your time at ECI. However, we regret that your experiences with us did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding support training. Our leadership is reviewing and revising our current training and continuing education programs for our Customer Support employees, so we can provide the best service to our customers.
