There's a large number of posts I believe are fake to try and up the scores.
Many employees end up being hired, then fired (made redundant) within a year. A clear sign of bad planning and direction.
Employees don't get a say in the direction of the business, and as a result, there's a constant fear that anyone at anytime could get let go without being given a proper explanation, regardless of your performance or history with the company. This negatively impacts productivity.
Top management talks about open communication, but that's just lip service. "change of strategy" is not open communication at all.
Letting groups of people go before having a transition plan is not good practice. It leaves too many gaps and very negatively impacts our relationships with customers who trust us less. Competitors use this as ammo to speak bad about us.
