As with any consulting firm, there can be busy periods, but the team is always there to support each other.

Benefit package was the best.

The owner doesn't know how to talk to his employees. ECM cheated over 20% of there employees out of there pay and the Department of Labor was sent in. They let great people go and the reason was due to lack of work which was a lie, because they had a lot of work coming in.
