Pros
- Coworkers are generally really friendly and it can be a fun atmosphere sometimes - They are very flexible with you adjusting your work schedule day to day; you're easily able to work longer days to avoid using your PTO - Learn a lot about Microsoft Excel and clinical research trials - Great office location right in downtown Boston with lots of food options - Casual dress code
Cons
- A very weak benefits package compared to all other nonprofits: NO sick days & few vacation days - Higher management is almost never on the same page, employees hear different things about policies from different supervisors all the time - Constant micromanaging and lack of trust in employees - Monotonous work with little reward or sense of fulfillment - No yearly salary raise and promotions are rare
