Pros

Independent work. Little to no immediate supervision after the first one-two weeks of shadowing existing technicians. Employer provides nice boots and puts new technicians through training courses for various job specific certifications. It is nice to get training and learn about the tools and concepts you will be using before actually doing it on your own.

Cons

Schedules given the day before/day of work each day. Daily schedule constantly changing as a result of changes in the clients schedule do to weather and other variables. Physically demanding work. Some technicians may need to use their personal vehicle to get from one site to another and transport equipment. The sites are often very treacherous and put alot of wear and tear on the vehicle. You are paid for mileage which makes a significant difference in your pay check, however, you will more than likely end up putting that extra money into your vehicle to keep it running.

Pros

Always Hiring as people leave eventually

Cons

Working at this company was an overwhelmingly negative experience. The work environment was toxic, with disorganized and unapproachable leadership that fostered fear instead of collaboration. Management lacked basic leadership skills, frequently micromanaging, playing favorites, and avoiding accountability. There was absolutely no work-life balance, employees were expected to work long hours, including nights and weekends, with little notice. Compensation was way below industry standards, and there were no meaningful opportunities for growth or development. Company communication was poor, and major decisions were made without transparency, leaving employees confused and demoralized. Overall, it was a frustrating and draining place to work, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
