Pros

There are no pros to working here that I can think of.

Cons

Never under any circumstances work for Engineering Consulting Services. They are hiring engineers and offering jokingly low salaries for their education and experience. I was hired as an entry level Field Technician and I was expected to drive everywhere in my own vehicle for under 10/hr. I was compensated for my mileage though. I would commute an hour for part-time work and I would be let go early from work because there wasn't anything to do. They couldn't even employ me part-time. Management knew I was commuting an hour too. I was a new civil engineering graduate and I had a terrible experience for one of my first jobs. Do not work here.

Pros

Always Hiring as people leave eventually

Cons

Working at this company was an overwhelmingly negative experience. The work environment was toxic, with disorganized and unapproachable leadership that fostered fear instead of collaboration. Management lacked basic leadership skills, frequently micromanaging, playing favorites, and avoiding accountability. There was absolutely no work-life balance, employees were expected to work long hours, including nights and weekends, with little notice. Compensation was way below industry standards, and there were no meaningful opportunities for growth or development. Company communication was poor, and major decisions were made without transparency, leaving employees confused and demoralized. Overall, it was a frustrating and draining place to work, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
