Pros
Highly skilled people that care about each other. Cutting edge game changing technology (for the industry). Supportive managment (USA experience) It is great to see things made in the USA. Edax has a busy manufacturing area and everyone eats lunch together for the most part.
Cons
Antiquated business managment systems (lotus notes). A more modern CRM is needed, but that s is on the road map.
