The company has changed drastically in the last 6 month and not for the best. No structure, no strategy, cloud product that is not enterprise ready according to many customers and still leadership fails to admit. Many employee wonder what their job function is exactly due to lack of leadership. Lot of politics because of a new sales leader who is very old school. They do not promote well performing employees instead they are bringing on board friends and place them in leadership roles. Individuals with years of experience report to people who sometimes has no idea about the role. If you are not part of their "club", good luck to you! They are advocating for diversity and in the same time new hires are all white males. They let go many talented women with ridicules reasons in the last 6 month.
