Not what it used to be - Anonymous employee EDCOE Employee Review

Pay rates are lower so commuting from outside of El Dorado County doesn't make much sense. For an organization that is so supportive of youth in our schools, they have forgotten that their employees are the parents of those youth. They claim to be innovative, but are operating more like an organization that just survived Y2K. The leadership is devolving into a one man show, and that one man is not looking out for his employees.
