Great people scattered about that want to make forward progress and better the org.
Cons
Zero accountability...seemingly anywhere within the organization, starting with leadership. Inability to admit they're human and that mistakes are made, with little or no effort to rectify glaring incompetency. Issues swept under the carpet. Employee voices are heard, reiterated back to employee to make it seem like they're listening, but ultimately they go ignored. Focus in areas that seem wasteful in money/resources. Productivity hindered by leadership inability to make tough decisions in fear of causing a splash. Extremely behind the times in flexibility options offered to their employee base. Employee retainment is an issue. Already a number of positions open with shallow applicant pools. A bit of a "rules for thee, and not for me" type culture. The old adage "Lead by example" is laughable here.
