Toxic environment for staff, rapid hirings and firings, open harrassment & bullying tolerated from key figureheads within the company. Company is perpetually under stress from the top down, and the toxic culture permeates from the top down.

It is a good place for fresh grads to learn and grow as you will have a lot of opportunities to get in touch with the whole software development life cycle. I can guarantee you will learn alot if you are willing to put some effort. I'm gonna be honest, it will be tough but with patience you will get what you need. Colleagues are very friendly and willing to help, you can definitely learn alot from them, they are also very generous to share their knowledge.
