There is no paid leave if you're terminated. I worked 1.5 years without taking any leave, yet upon my dismissal, I was compensated for only 5 out of 20 leave days. This reflects how employees are treated unequally. Senior staff appear to set their own standards and dismiss people after using them for a year, often based on personal preference.
I was the third person to be let go after one year, and the decision was made without any formal meeting with HR or senior management. It was solely based on the team lead’s recommendations, which seem to be driven by subjective criteria rather than clear performance standards.
