      Pros

      Some friendly people. Nice office. Convenient location.

      Cons

      Has the downsides of being small without the benefits of a boutique consultancy such as deep specialism or a good culture. Not big enough to land many really interesting projects, much more operational than strategic. V little strategy work. V mixed at VP level.

      - Good salary - Work life balance - Really smart team so good learning - Good management. Loved working there.

      Cons

      Everything was amazing. All of a sudden, they didn't pay bonus, PTOs and increment adjustments. Laid off a large number of employees on 1 day notice period which was again part of contract
