Many employees stay here primarily because of the salary package, which is competitive for a semi-government company. However, the work culture needs serious improvement. There is often a lack of proper planning from management, and employees are frequently asked to work on weekends unofficially, with implied pressure if they refuse. The stress levels are extremely high, and it can take a toll on employees’ health over time. Credit to those who have managed to work here for more than two years. What’s more concerning is that when employees raise these issues with HR, the response is often to ‘just go with the flow’ rather than addressing the concerns. Management should focus on creating a healthier and more sustainable work environment for employees.”
