Where to begin...The management staff on our government contract in Arlington is quite frankly highly incompetent, unprofessional, and dismissive. Competencies: Management frequently interrupts employees with phone calls to ask advice on how-to accomplish a task assigned to them. Unprofessional: Management has been witnessed to share (multiple times) personal, and confidential employee information which is a blatant HR violation. Dismissive: Management rarely acknowledges the work of the entire team, takes credit for many team member's contributions, and blames entire team or specific team member's when things go wrong. Spending most days as staff, explaining or training the manager is very insulting and not a productive way to spend the day. The corporate team/office is 100% hands-off, and will never communicate or reach out to staff to ask about how they are being treated or the work environment. It's best to avoid this place at all costs. Best of all, the pay is absolutely terrible.
