Good Place to Work - Anonymous employee EDM Employee Review

Great place to work! As an employee-owned company, every person takes pride in their job and plays a big role in the success of EDM. It's different from any company I've ever worked at as ideas are heard and often implemented. The leadership genuinely cares about employees, and encourage them to grow both professionally and personally. We have team-building activities like baseball games, cookouts, bowling, food trucks, etc. There is very low employee turnover and most people stay for 20+ years (many stick around until they retire). I highly recommend EDM!

No sick time which is okay if you never get sick or have kids that get sick.

First ten years with company were pretty good.

Lots of back stabbing and snitching. Little to no advanced training offered to production employes. No path for career advancement. Very noticeable separation between hourly and salaried employees. A rapidly aging work force, most employes are 45+.
