There are many opportunities to work with different clients and technology. Introduce better project management. A lot is run without any guidance.
Cons
Let's just start off by saying that on more than one occasion, I witnessed the President of eDot call the techs and engineers degrading/derogatory names to their faces. He did so in a "joking" manner. This was at a client site in front of the client. Many times eDot's end goal is to eliminate the IT staff at clients, so they may further their own business. The pay is well below the market average especially considering the travel to client sites.
