      Pros

      A respectful and professional place of work. Very well documented product which allows you to get up to speed when you start. Plenty of focus on the training of staff to provide the knowledge and tools required to perform your role. Also, being in MK, its a very accessible location.

      Cons

      The business is heavy on process, and while it is accepted that this is a delicate balance, some of it may be superfluous and could be gotten rid of.

      Pros

      If you love people and sincerely want to help with financial planning and retirement plans, it can be a great place to work. A lot of associate support, and you will be running your own office.

      Cons

      You'll work harder and longer hours than ever before in your life. There will be a firehose of information coming at you at all times. Be prepared for up to five years building your business with very low income, unless you are really a superstar.

      Pros

      Hours, Flex-time, Co-workers, Good working environment. Learning curve is not steep. With some forward thinking, I would have stayed for years to come.

      Cons

      Not Challenging work. Culture is stoic. Company needs to invest in employee growth.
