You'll work harder and longer hours than ever before in your life. There will be a firehose of information coming at you at all times. Be prepared for up to five years building your business with very low income, unless you are really a superstar.

Hours, Flex-time, Co-workers, Good working environment. Learning curve is not steep. With some forward thinking, I would have stayed for years to come.

Not Challenging work. Culture is stoic. Company needs to invest in employee growth.
