Owners have very poor people skills. Experienced staff are ignored, people are too scared to report safety concerns, zero benefits (no sick pay even for work place accidents / serious illness) low pay, high staff turnover, very poor culture due mainly to poor leadership, anybody with good standards / good ideas soon get it squashed out of them or leave. Such a shame as I saw some very talented people driven out.
