Pros
I like the fact that you interact with simple people everyday, such as teachers. Sometimes you can have crazy busy days but to be honest, it's way better than working at a huge bank. It's more personal and the team really cares for you. The team work is awesome and they employees are very kind. EECU is a great way to get your foot in the door of this type of work, "Banking".
Cons
Depending on location is can always be busy (which is not bad) or it can be slow (that can be bad). Not many cons though, unless you are the negative type of person. Be open minded to a changing environment.
