1; boss trust client more than you 2: never provide training. 3:pay low then market. 4:Team members who keep pushing blame around. 5.Management who doesn't trust the skills of the engineer. 6.IT Support same as application support. 7.client always blame have to teach again IT knowledge when support IT job.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry that your experience did not match your expectations. We will strive to do better. However, upon every dismissal or the end of employment for our staff, we have done exit interviews to ensure the well being of our employees. We also made sure that handover of materials and projects are done in a respectful manner. There were feedbacks given by our employees upon every exit interview and also during our monthly meetings. We have taken in all the feedbacks and is definitely improving with every step we take. Thank you for letting us know about this. Your feedback helps us do better. useless bunch of developers. Take days, weeks or even months to come up with a simple solution.
