      Pros

      The training is really good! Even without experience, you will get a hang of the job pretty well and quick! You also work independently while getting support.

      Cons

      The pay is relatively low, especially for the odd hours we work (plus weekends).

      Pros

      The curriculum is prepared and ready to go at class time. THere are suggestions for how to present it. I work at my pace. I can work 5 hours a week or 50 hours a week. Work remotely. I probably work more than most, but it is because I enjoy it. This year, I worked 140 hours a month and made $28,800.

      Cons

      Over the past 7 years I have done online teaching of english with 5 companies. EF is not perfect, but the best I have found.

      Great Flexibility and support. Also, Training online. Great Platform. If you enjoy helping and teaching, it is gratifying.

      Cons

      Cancelation fees and last-minute cancelations
