      Long hours without any pay

      Cons

      Total shambles of a company (efaflex UK) Long unpaid hours. Bullying culture by management. Forced to leave after constant bullying and intimidation by management. Only 2 engineers left now at efaflex UK. Speaks volumes.. Proud to fit efaflex doors for years as a lead installer. Dam shame the way efaflex UK had been dragged down

      New drill and socket set. Vouchers when you leave .

      Cons

      Bullying culture at efaflex UK. Engineer pulled off ladders and nearly died due to management shortcuts . Long unpaid hours . Away from home all week . Not a good environment to work in due to bad treatment from management.
