1. Project work for the client provides a lot of on the job learning giving a broad exposure within a fast paced and dynamic FDA regulated environment.

Cons

1. Management support/engagement is bare minimum/almost 0. 2. No formal feedback or performance management/reward system in place. 3. Inadequate Benefits and no bonuses. 4. No Christmas Parties / team builds 5. No Employee Feedback. 6. No Performance / Annual Reviews

Thank you so much. We're delighted to hear that your adventure with us is going well. Indeed, as a consultant, mobility is a prerequisite. However, we take care to limit this with the employee so that he or she can maintain a balance between professional and personal life.
