Pros

Some of the staff are tolerable to work with

Cons

The amount of gossiping from the staff is insufferable. It's disappointing since most of the time, you hear this from the HR folks who are supposedly there to support the employees. Not to mention, they're a bunch of Dolores Umbridges who only care about power. Aside from gossiping, they culture promotes cheating too. You'd hear nonstop jokes about this from tenured staff. If you love your family, don't work here. Incompetence is rewarded that's why the tenured people are the scums of the earth. Run for your life before you make the biggest mistake of your career. Worth mentioning is the narcissistic CEO who needs everyone to like his Linkedin posts or else you're not "culture fit". The positive reviews you see online are fake. HR require new joiners to post a review during the onboarding process.

Pros

The provision of free food and the hobby program are the only benefits.

Cons

I find it crucial to shed light on the disparity between the company's promoted culture and the actual working environment. The proclaimed culture, often presented as the holy grail, is far from the reality on the ground. While the rhetoric surrounding cultural values is strong, the day-to-day experience reveals an atmosphere that falls short of the ideals communicated. There seems to be a disconnection between what is preached and what is practiced. The actual working culture is, unfortunately, far from the collaborative, supportive, and inclusive environment that is promoted. Instances of favoritism, lack of transparency, and a noticeable divide between certain teams suggest that the proclaimed culture is more of an aspiration than a lived reality.
