Pros
Excellent prospects for progression due to staff turnover being shockingly high. As long as you can stand it for more than 12 months I'd say you could make store manager within 2 years maximum. Free out of date stock. Although it will get you sacked if they catch you, you can enjoy as much out of date stock as you like. Just keep it on the down low as perfectly edible food should go in the bin and not be eaten by staff who make minimum wage. Pay day was always a highlight. Not because it was a particularly big amount but it was always nice when they paid you on time and correctly.
Cons
Being watched 24 hours a day gets a little tiresome after a while. Knowing that at any time the overseers at head office could be watching and occasionally picking up the phone to tell you to move yourself (pretty sure this is illegal, but it wouldn't be the first illegal thing that Euro have done) Lack of anyone who seems to know what they are doing. This was a constant battle for me and I would get conflicting reports from different people on the proper action to take, usually when all else failed we reverted to the good old Roc UK method of working. They will bleed you dry if you give them half a chance. Too many to list but most of the other reviews on here seem to have it spot on.
